I have a very small budget for my 6th December 2008 wedding, and I can not imagine a wedding without a toast. Has anyone a brand "cheap know" is good? Do you know where I buy champagne at wholesale prices in bulk? I am also looking for glasses of champagne for 125 persons in the wholesale price. Ideas?
